I use those produced locally and organic and fairtrade products wherever possible.

Some of the lovely ingredients I use include:

  • Local farmhouse butter made from double cream
  • Organic flours from local Cotswold Millers
  • Fairtrade cane sugars
  • Organic preserves
  • Dried vine fruits that do not contain sulphites
  • Finest Belgian chocolate
