I am a firm believer that to achieve the best tasting cakes, the best quality ingredients have to be used.
I use those produced locally and organic and fairtrade products wherever possible.
Some of the lovely ingredients I use include:
- Free range eggs from local Cotswold farms
- Local farmhouse butter made from double cream
- Organic flours from local Cotswold Millers
- Fairtrade cane sugars
- Organic preserves
- Dried vine fruits that do not contain sulphites
- Finest Belgian chocolate
